So, this is me and my little bit of the Internet. If you’re taking some time out to read this, thanks for being interested enough to have a nosey! What’s it all about then? Well, Miss Mamo’s World is all about ME! It’s my bit of Internet in my own words! It’s about what I have to say, the things that I want to rant about and the stuff I don’t. It’s made up of the things I make, stuff I bake and my kitchen antics. It’s MY place to talk openly and honestly with myself (and you lot) it’s like a diary to look back on and a place to save memories.
So just WHO is Miss Mamo then?
I am Miss Stephanie Mamo. I’m 31. I’m Mum to the boy; he’s 12, although he thinks he’s 21! I’m almost a wife to my Misteright, we've been together over 10 years now. He says you get less for murder! I however, am sure that we both got a better deal than that! I'm a Mum first, an almost wife second and me third and it's been that way for a long time now and I'd not change it for the world. It’s not that I’m last in the queue for receiving - I'm just the first in line for the giving and that is how I like it. I'm placid and so laid back I'm almost horizontal but very outspoken, I’m not quite as loud any more but I'm sure a decrease in volume comes with age. I’m a positive thinker, a believer in the Law of Attraction and I know it can bring amazing things when used correctly. I don’t tolerate people who are like drains or vacuum cleaners, they suck the life right out of you and I don’t have time for negativity, it doesn't have a place in my life. I have learned that some people mistake my kindness for weakness; they have obviously never had someone be kind to them without a reason before, it must suck to be them.
Here are some random facts you’re gonna need to get to know me a little better…
- I like pink
- I drink too much tea
- I love sleeping
- I live in my pyjamas for the winter months
- Chocolate is probably my favourite thing in the whole world
- If I go a day without listening to music my ears feel deprived
- I often watch the rain out of the window – I like the sound the drops make on the glass
- I love snacking
- I need no encouragement to have the pans out and the stove on in the kitchen - not bad for someone who suffered from an eating disorder!
- I sing; for fun; for money; because I can and because I’m good at it
- I love to dance – usually like no one is watching but I can bust a groove better than your Dad at a wedding!
- I write poems and you can buy my books on Amazon
- I swear a lot but not because I’m uneducated – because sometimes, there are no better words to describe it!
- I’m a Comper, I enter competitions. I AM A WINNER!
- I don’t have a TV. Yes, really. I am not joking!
- I LOVE watching movies in bed on my iPad
- I would be lost without said iPad
- I haven’t had a mobile phone for almost a year, it’s odd – but it’s quiet!
- I like writing affirmations for people and hope to turn my positive thinking into something that helps others
- I don’t like it that false people can’t say what they really mean
- If I had to describe myself in 3 words I’d pick Loud, Vivacious and Upcycled
- I say the word MEGA far too often for a responsible adult
- Being a responsible adult really stinks sometimes!
- I wear flip flops more than any other item of footwear
So, that's me, this is my life and I LOVE IT! So, on that note, I'll leave you with this...
